Supplier Relationship Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract - 6 months)Competitive salary and excellent benefitsLocation - Wakefield (Fully remote pending government guidelines)Business Area - BusinessClosing Date - 15th November 2020 What will I be doingAs Supplier Relationship Coordinator you will provide ongoing coordination and support for all hardware and related support services across strategic suppliers. You will be building established relationships across KCOM support functions and 3rd Party suppliers.Some of your key accountabilities:

Establish working relationships with key suppliers through established communication channels representing KCOM Group interests whilst adopting a customer focused approach.

Plan and coordinate delivery requests including modify, returns and loan equipment. This includes keeping all parties informed of progress while providing customer centric service levels.

Ensure that additional charges or amendments are invoiced correctly.

Conduct stock and invoicing checks ensuring that KCOM provides value services while maintaining accurate audit trails.

Work proactively with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and other internal stakeholders where appropriate, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of customer solutions. When required support and own 3rd party escalations and complaints finding solutions that benefit all parties involved.

Work closely with Procurement and Vendor support teams to ensure a consistent and mutually beneficial partnership with key suppliers. Acting as the voice of the customer and our Operational teams to ensure we receive best in class service.

Work towards target timeframes, taking into consideration delivery on time metrics and product lead-times.

Challenge the status quo to do things better, continuously assess our processes and potential improvements.

Continually review and promote best practice across our processes, procedures and systems in line with industry best practice.

What do I need to do this jobThe successful candidate will have the ability to judge a range of potential solutions, consider likely impact for customers, cost etc and experience is managing differences between situations encountered.The ideal candidate will carry 2 years’ experience within the telecoms industry and within a supplier relationship capacity.
