Job Description

The CompanyNHS Shared Business Services is a unique partnership between Sopra Steria and the Department of Heath. We provide crucial corporate back office services to NHS organisations. We are passionate about using our expertise to save the NHS time and money and are more relevant today than ever before.The dayjobWe have an exciting opportunity to join and be part of the repatriation of our offshore mergers and migration process to the UK.As part of this vibrant team, you will be given full training in several processes including validation checks, supplier set ups, supplier acquisition, ledgers and client query resolution.If you enjoy a fast paced role where time management and attention to detail is of paramount importance, then this role is for you.Key responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounts in order to be able to complete supplier amendments and take care of queries
  • Ownership and resolution of more sophisticated situations through internal & external partners via email & telephone
  • Accountability for quality issues
  • Understanding of strong supplier relationships to gain better value for the business
  • Phenomenal customer service following standard methodologies
  • Required skills
  • The ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Available to be flexible and deviate from a set working pattern at short notice
  • Excellent PC skills and familiar with using Microsoft word, Excel
  • Effective time management and can work to targets and within set guidelines
