They have a settled team of experienced recruiters and tremendous growth plans for the coming year. They handle Contact and Permanent vacancies on behalf of awide-ranging client base. They have branches across the region and have been established for 25 years +.They are wishing to appoint a sales focused Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates within this specialist sector.You will be responsible for developing the database, selling the services of the company to local and national businesses and achieving both activity and financial targets set.To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. You will be a people person who gets great results from building long-term relationships with candidates andclient contacts.Planning, self-management, tenacity and ambition are desirable qualities if applying for this role. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own promotional targets.Previous experience in a recruitment environment is essential. Industrial sector recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
