This commitment to improving and supporting our local communities is embedded into our working lives so much that we actively encourage our colleagues to spend one day a year volunteering by giving them a day off.The RoleWe are looking for some to deliver a robust quality claims handling service to Minster clients, to assist Solicitors/ Legal Executives to generate fee income and contribute to the general success of the department. You will assist lead file handlers with the progression of their serious injury case load and be the first point of contact with our clients. You will also produce standard free form letters to progress cases effectively through our case management system (ProClaim).Person SpecificationYou will have previous experience of assisting with a caseload of serious injury files and be competent at working with our case management system. You will also be committed to delivering exceptional client care for each of our clients and have excellent communication skills.
