HR Generalist - site based role Role Focus: Seeking HR generalist candidates with a specific interest / experience in key areas ie change of T&Cs, ER (complex casework), Leading on large scale redundancy/closures, TUPE In.Salary: £42,000 basic (travel to UK sites occasionally/overnights)Location: Wakefield regionWorking as part of an established HR team this role is a generalist HR role working and supporting a very busy wider HR team. The role has a strong focus on key areas of HR which are:- supporting/leading on large scale redundancies/closures at UK operationalsites, giving ER advice and dealing with complex casework, leading on TUPE In and Outs, generalist operational HR work. THE ROLE: Our client is a well known and highly successful organisation, they deal with high volume of workload and the pace is very fast. Decisions have to be made quickly and often "on the hoof". The environment is ever changing, and no two days will be the same. Therole suit someone who enjoys fast pace, pressure and large workloads in an environment where teamwork is essential and working in a very confident, clear, detailed and professional manner at different UK sites is essential. THE CANDIDATE:This role will suit a very organised person who enjoys variety of tasks and responsibilities, enjoys pressure, fast pace, and an environment that requires people to take responsibility and ownership for HR projects, someone who can make the right decisionsunder pressure. There are processes to follow, and it is important to work in a detailed manner making sure that tasks are completed to a high standard and the trail can be easily picked up by other team members if needs be. This role would be a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to work in a larger organisation where they can get excellent exposure to key areas of HR and a great place to develop key skills working in such a fast paced environment under pressure.
