Digital Architect2 yearsA Digital Configuration Architect is required for our public sector client based in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be joining a deliver a major transformational programme within a Contact Centre Environment. The post will be temporary for 2 years. As a Digital Configuration Architect you will be responsible for delivering a new management solution. Experience in delivering contact management systems successfully would be beneficial.Key Skills and Experience• Experience of working in System Architecture or Solutions Delivery ideally within a contact centre environment – including VOIP, voice recording, web chat, email etc• A broad understanding of infrastructure, networking, security and system design best practise• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and communicate them to audiences of differing technical ability• Proven and demonstrable experience of implementing successful technological change within a multi-site Contact Centre environment.• Proven experience of managing and designing solutions within a Cisco network environment would be essential• Ability to manage and resolve conflict creatively and identify and drive consensus ways forward.• Proven experience of managing ISDN and IP based voice technologies (e.g. Avaya) would be desirable.Key Responsibilities• Deliver a major digital transformational programme throughout the full project life-cycle within a multi-site Contact Centre environment. .• Provide professional advice to Project Boards and members of the organisation, including regular formal reporting and appropriate escalation of issues.• Work alongside technical and non-technical teams to develop and implement the solution design• To develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure regular communication• To deliver the programme to agreed time, cost and quality• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including effective communication of complex technical information• Work with suppliers to build effective relationships
