POSITION: Covid Helpdesk AdministratorDIVISION: Governance and Quality AssuranceLOCATION: Westgate Court, WakefieldMAIN PURPOSE: To work as part of the GQA administration team, providing a range of administrative support via the Covid Helpdesk. To ensure robust management, recording and follow up of enquiries to support the safety of our staff teams and service users during the pandemic.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo manage calls and emails sent into the helpdesk and triage the information and log dependent on routes for recording & management as required.Where appropriate respond to reported queries which may include reports of staff and service users illness in a timely and efficient manner and escalate any issues of concern to the line manager.To support the compliance and quality of records within the Trust Integrated Risk Management System (Datix) and provide support via the Datix-helpdesk to staff and managers using the system.To follow latest guidance and protocols for managing confidential corona virus concerns raised by staff including GQA Team roles & responsibilities, access permissions, triage of information, recording, advice given, monitoring of information, collation of information regarding well-being checks and return to work interviews.To provide scheduled and ad-hoc data reports in accordance with agreed timescales for managers.PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, SUPERVISION AND TRAINING
