Job Description

Complex Care Assistant - Days & NightsWakefield - £10.00 - £14.00 p/h - Weekly PayMileage paid at 35p per mileShift Pattern: 07.00 - 19.00 and 19.00 - 07.00Prestige Nursing & Care Ltd Wakefield are recruiting for reliable and caring Complex Care Assistants for our client in the Crofton area. Our client is a female adult with Cerebral PalseyExperience of working within Complex Care is preferred, however, full Complex Care training is given. You will be working alongside a nurse for the entirety of the shiftsBeing employed as a Carer by us means:

  • £10.00 - £14.00 per hour

Your role will include:
  • Prompting medication
  • Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans
Were looking for:
  • Experience of working within Complex Care, is preferred, however full Complex Care training is given, and for this Care Assistant experience no less than 6 months is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A drivers licence is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Good professional and personal references
