Job Description

Call Centre Telesales ManagerLocation: WakefieldSalary: Basic £25,000, OTE£35,000 + Company pension + life insurance + retail/restaurant/holiday/lifestyle discount scheme Job Type: Full-timeImmediate startOur client are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire and are now seeking a Telesales Manager to join their team.Duties:

  • Training of telesales staff
  • Implementing strategies to monitor performance of team and department
  • Providing effective training and feedback for manufacturer mystery shops
  • Ensuring the team is briefed on manufacturing changes and recalls for customer clarity.
  • Leading from the front by providing support on booking in service customers.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with service managers in regards to workshop hours and capabilities to maximise revenue and workshop opportunities.
  • Driving business through sales and the profitability of the service departments
  • Analysing team and department performance by providing daily and weekly reports
  • Maintaining that customer records and the company database is up to date through use of telesales software provider reports
  • Oversee targets for service plan renewals whilst maximising retention of customers.
  • Monthly reviews with telesales systems provider.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role and leading a team
  • Coaching and motivating team of telesales advisors
  • Driving the business forward by maximising sales
  • Natural ability to empathise with customers and strike engaging conversation
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 5-day working week - 37.5 hours
