Job Description

Job title: UK Sales ManagerLocation: Hybrid - field based, (South)Salary: DOE plus company car/mileage, uncapped commissionAn exciting opportunity to join a business that specialises in CNC Turning and Milling business serving various industries.As a UK Sales Manager your role will encompass developing and executing sales strategies, refining sales processes, and as the business expands, leading the recruitment of additional sales team members.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new market sectors to target and stay informed about competitor activities.
  • Conduct lead generation aligned with target markets.
  • Devise and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding customer base and market presence.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets with both existing and new accounts.
  • Cultivate robust and enduring customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Enhance and streamline sales processes.
  • Present sales plans and forecasts to the management team.
Key Attributes
  • Proven success as a Sales Representative or Business Development Manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets with a strong focus on acquiring new business.
  • A technical background, ideally in precision engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation.
