Job Description

  • Supporting a team of Customer Services professionals.
  • Monitor their performance and motivate
  • Proactively anticipate an issues by standardising processes
  • Provide adequate training and onboarding
  • Promote feedback sessions
  • Developing and implementing KPIs for the team
  • Deal with performance management, coaching, advising, training and deal with things like annual leave requests and absences
  • Encourage an ethos of empowerment
  • Experience in a customer service role in the pharmaceutical sector
  • EMP product knowledge and a deep understanding of all issues specific to the supply of EMP products, Desired
  • Be able to commute to Uxbridge / Hayes
