Student Engagement OfficerPertemps Reading are looking for Student Engagement Officers to work at a University based in High Wycombe37 hours per week - Based at the Uxbridge CampusUntil 31st July 2022Must be available for interview between 14th - 16th FebruaryAs a Student Engagement Office, you will be responsible for:- Providing positive, action orientated customer service, advice, guidance and information to students (Enrolment & registration, financial support, disability and well-being concerns, course-related enquiries and general administrative matters)- Assist in the maintenance of appropriate records and information statistics- Supporting the University during events and busy periods (Graduation, enrolment, clearing etc)- Support transition activities such as Welcome and Co-ordinationTo be considered for this Student Engagement Office role, you should possess the following:- Familiarity with office and University procedures and systems- Great customer service skills- Approachable and willing to help others- High levels of organisational skillsIf you are interested in this Student Engagement Officer role, please apply now!
