Edward Mann are exclusively recruiting on behalf of one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the world and our client is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their team on a FTC basis at their office in Uxbridge.The Senior Management Accountant will be looking after the management of the month-end process and supporting the Financial Controller with the annual and quartlerly budgets.Responsibilities include:• Full responsibility for preparing, reviewing and submitting the monthly management accounts within timely deadlines• Supporting the FC with preparing the annual and quarterly budgets and reviewing with senior management• Supporting the two annual audits• Variance Analysis and commentary• Take ownership of the balance sheet accounts and reconciling these• Prepare the year end and quarterly financials ready for review with FC within timely deadlines• Preparation of the quarterly royalty statements• Line managing three members of the finance team• Cross company communications with budget holders and other senior members• Promote a continuous improvement approach to business policy & processes• Assisting the Financial Controller with other adhoc dutiesDesirables:• ACA/ACCA qualified/finalist• Excellent knowledge of Excel• Need to be motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently• Ideally experience working with retail customersEdward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
