Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Events and Communication Coordinator. The main focus of this role is to support the Events Team (Virtual and face to face), whilst adding value and enhancing the Distributors events & communications experiencefor UK, Ireland and Iceland.Client DetailsGlobal nutrition company that has helped people pursue a healthy, active life since 1980.   • Manage the events calendar for the 3 markets (UK, Ireland & Iceland)
  • Assist Supervisor & Manager with managing Event Agendas / Rundowns / logistical planning
  • Maintain events and promotions calendar listing all planned events and promotions for the year
  • Organise and actively participate in all events related calls and committee calls
  • Create event specific communication and manage all aspects of events from start to finish
  • Review pre and post event communications, discuss findings with supervisor
  • Work with the wider team and coordinate all social media platforms during events
  • Monitor all channels to support with questions or coordination of any raised questions or concerns
  • Build relationships with Distributors, Leadership and key 3rd party support services
Profile
  • Previous events handling & logistical planning
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, video editing & Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Knowledge of Zoom and other streaming platform
  • Readiness to travel and participate in the events
  • Well balanced with the ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Innovative, progressive and creative strategic thinker, putting efficient plans into action, producing effective results and concerned with attention to detail
  • An excellent team player with proven track record of coordinating & managing tasks
  • Self-starter - able to work autonomously, take on responsibility and be accountable - keen on empowerment and progression as well developing this role and broaden its responsibilities
