Making sure the time, dedication, and investment we put into the programmes or benefits of Partnering with Canon are successful and maximise a return on investment.- We will need you to be imaginative, challenge the status quo and push to try new and different tacticstaking a fresh perspective with projects.- You need to be Partner centric and lead by example, understanding and embracing the 3 different aspects of To Partner, Through Partner and For Partner.-Own the central European framework and development of the programme, that then needs to be deployed and adopted by local countries to meet their local partner needsYou will needAs Partner Marketing ProgrammeLead you will need:-Clear understanding and experience working within an Indirect channel business model-To be able to negotiate, influence and have outcome driven commercial discussions.- To be organised and have strong planning skills as you will be involved in many projects working with many different stakeholders across the central European Headquarters and local countries.-To be a team player and manage a vast array of key stakeholders- To manage stakeholders at all levels in the business and demonstrate confidence and competence in conducting discussions with senior leaders.- To be self-motivated, self-managed and results focused-To have experience working in a HQ capacity supporting local initiatives.- The ability to influence and coach multiple and/or senior stakeholders-A background and experience in marketing and sales (preferable)Further InformationDo you match with this role Do not hesitate and apply!
