  • Drive sales of Canons Software portfolio & Services into Partner accounts
  • Grow the share of vendor business by understanding the market place our Partners operate within by generating compelling commercial propositions toincrease Canons software business
  • Drive sales pipeline through management of sales, Pre-sales & Post sales teams in our Partners

  • Develop and increase sales revenue, profit and unit sales performance for specified software sales through the channel
  • Support Partner management team to increase Canon share of partner spend and market share through sales activity
  • To be able to have technical sales conversation with Pre Sales but lower-level commercial conversations with sales & C suite to grow the sales of Output Management & Information Management software
  • Develop Canon reputation as a supplier through valued business relationships and behaviour
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction is delivered, through details and agreed business plans, partner strategy and go to market activity
  • Work with relevant colleagues to develop opportunities in the partner.
  • Define mutually agreed outcomes/ metrics and obtain Partner commitments in business development, marketing, and sales.
  • Develop and execute well-defined, revenue-driving programs.
  • Align top Partner executives (sales leads, Service, Finance, functions, etc.) with their Canon counterparts, as required to support relationship growth
  • Actively promote Canon value proposition within the Partner Channel and Canon.
  • Function as a strong advocate for the Partner. Clarify & communicate highest impact metrics (growth, customer success, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline & results dashboards that communicate to key stakeholders the effectiveness of the Partner program & investments.
  • Work in collaboration with other business units such as Pre-Sales Business Consultants to ensure Canon maximise all resources for software sales growth
  • Ensure effective and timely communications on relevant announcements and programs. Drive sales through close collaboration with Marketing and Sales Excellence function including Business Generation Resources. Manage day to day relationships with 3rd partysoftware vendors together with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Generate and grow business within the accounts ensuring business plans, objectives, spend target and rebates are agreed tracked and managed.
  • Work with Software vendors & Line manager to develop strategy and plans around execution of key activities to grow software sales through the channel
  • Best practice sharing across CUK business Units.
  • Support 6 monthly reviews with Software vendors to evaluate the progress of plans and strategy for growth with each individual software product
  • Maintain strong relationships with key personnel in Canon Europe responsible for the software portfolio to ensure all resources and ideas are utilised
