Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a leading business based in the heart of Uxbridge managing their 4 office sites to include all Front of House, Facilities and Operational services.With huge scope for future growth and development this role is pivotal in ensuring that all of the office functions and key services are running smoothly and efficiently.You will manage a team of up to 8 people (this may grow over time) and therefore you will have strong management experience previously.Key duties include:- Responsibility for running a high level first impression client service across all business functions and office sites. This will include the Reception area and the telephony services.- Responsibility for managing the inbound and outbound post function. This will involve managing the post room team as well as managing an outsourced post function project.- Management of all central service supplier relationships including; couriers, signage, stationery, contractors, H&S consultants, surveyors, managing agents, copier/scanner suppliers, repair contractors and equipment.- Responsibility for managing the building services and facilities across all four locations.- Responsibility for project managing any office moves and changes alongside IT team.- Dealing with any building repairs and organising and project managing suppliers and contractors.- Dealing with the burglar and fire alarms as well as managing the PAT testing, legionella testing and any other scheduled Health & Safety testing and management.
