Orka Financial is working with a growing technology business based in Uxbridge to recruit for a broad management accountant role that will work across the UK, EMEA & APAC entities. The management accountant role will offer hands on exposure to a wide range of duties including the preparation of full management accounts, analysis & ad hoc reporting and the production of year end statutory accounts.Responsibilities: Preparation of full monthly management accounts Manage monthly payroll Adhoc management reporting and analysis Meet monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines Preparation of year end statutory accounts and tax returns Manage relationship with external auditors within designated subsidiaries Ensure compliance with external and internal regulatory SOX requirements Establish positive relationships with clients and colleaguesProfile: Knowledge of financial regulations including SOX, UK GAAP and IFRS reporting Excel advance level Self-starter, highly motivated and driven to succeed with an eye for detail and deadlines As a listed company quoted on various exchanges, the candidate needs to understand deadlines are very tight and the tasks necessary to achieve the group deadlines must be met.
