Job Description

My client is one of the fastest growing health and beauty companies in the world a portfolio of brands across cosmetics, hair, fragrance, wellness and bath that are available in over 60 countries across the globe.They are now seeking a Key Account Manager with a successful record in Sales & Business Development across European markets, to spearhead the next stage of their international growth. Rapid expansion of the branded portfolio across Europe is a major corporatepriority and they are seeking a results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our fast growing and dynamic European team.As the Key Account Manager, you will work closely with local partners and the creative, marketing and planning teams in London, and will be driving the growth of the brand into the category leaders across all your active markets. You will be responsiblefor growing their market share, expanding the range and scaling the European distribution network in a profitable way.You will be an accomplished Key Account Manager or Business Development professional with experience of selling into distributors and retailers across Europe and possess the skills to nurture high value accounts whilst managing a complex P & L.Other key skills will be the ability to Manage omnichannel selling strategies, create and maintain a view of the contribution margin of each channel and to evaluate rolling forecast against the annual plan on a monthly basis.Fluency in other European languages would be hight desirableOn offer is an attractive basic salary, excellent bonus incentive and a flexible working arrangement
