Job Description

IT Network EngineerUxbridge£45,000 - £53,000 + BenefitsOur client are currently seeking a IT Network Engineer to join them and become a key part in the implementation of continuous improvement of network and infrastructure tasks and projects.As an IT Network Engineer you will contribute to the design and implementation of change projects to build resilient and secure networks and infrastructure for the client.Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and implement improvements to secure network methods across LAN and WAN infrastructure
  • To work in a Microsoft Infrastructure and operating environment including; Active Directory, MS Azure and o365 technologies
  • Ensure all network systems are kept up to date and deployed with a "hardened" configuration
  • Be involved with installation of hardware, operating systems, software and the creation of documentation and procedures.
    • Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of Enterprise Storage platforms such as NetApp would be beneficial
  • Experience in a similar industry
  • Strong Network and Infrastructure experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
