Job Description

We have a great opportunityfor a Hr Rewards & Benefits Analyst supporting the HR team to deliver the reward cycle, developing pay policies, processes and initiatives.You will be responsible for:

  • Working with HR colleagues and the wider business to improve the communication of colleague benefits and reward
  • Assisting with the design of pay, benefits and ad-hoc incentive schemes in line with their pay principles
  • Working closely with Finance to manage/agree all associated costs in regards to reward initiatives
  • Carrying out data research, analysis and presentation of data/MI in a clear and concise way - identifying and exploring emerging trends
  • Review and assist with the developingthe current reward and benefit schemes
  • Designing, building and implementing models using SAP and payroll date to forecast costs, identify issues and impact andrecommend solutions
You will need:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to build credible and long lasting relationships
  • ProficientExcel skills
  • Attention to detail
