Job Purpose and Summary A new opportunity has arisen at Canon EMEA, for a Customer Marketing Manager (internally known as Customer Engagement Lead), to join our Imaging Technology & Communications Group (ITCG) Marketing team and shape, support and drive our customer engagementplans and activities.You will own the Customer Engagement plans, truly placing the customer at the heart of everything we do. Utilising customer data in new ways, understanding their needs more than we have before to drive customer engagement and CLTV across multiple touchpointsand platforms.What we giveWith Canon, youll get the support and encouragement you need to grow, from people who share your ambition. Lastly, youll find that Canon encourages continuous Learning and Development with a wide range of resources and support available on demand.What we askAs our Customer Marketing Manager you will:- Drive optimisation and reporting to understand how we drive positive customer behaviour.- Design, implement and optimise the Customer Engagement plans including the development of new customer groups, journeys and campaigns across channels and devices.- Drive the evolution of the Customer Engagement/CRM team, ensuring we continue to optimise and deliver brand specific, locally relevant, targeted communications that improve our consumers experience and strengthen engagement as well as CLTV.- Define KPIs by new customer groups and review campaigns against agreed goals, with a focus around opt-in to drive more known customers, product registrations and usage, frequency of visits to Canon / Canon Club and repeat purchase.- Obsess about customer retention and how to grow engagement and CLTV from existing customers, guiding and understanding how to build loyalty. Be a champion around how we capture and use 1st party data to drive loyalty.- With the Customer Engagement team lead weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance updates, informing Product Marketing, Campaign and Content, Performance Marketing andour colleaguesacross Europeabout planned activations and lessons learned.- Build out reports that showcase results against set customer segment KPIs. What are the trends and what is the impact on positive customer behaviour change.- Lead, inspire and develop the Customer Engagement team demonstrating and living the Canon values.You will needAs our Customer Marketing Manager:- You must have a data-driven mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit: Youll use your initiative and take personal ownership and accountability for the Customer Engagement function.-You are acustomer champion, with a strong track record in building and developing Customer Engagement Programmes and driving Customer Retention through intelligent use of 1st party data.- You are an expert in setting and measuring customer KPIs, being able to demonstrate to the business a positive shift in customer behaviour.-You show abilityto work with the data planners and take large data sets, interpret and present the outcomes, results and findings. Take the learnings and optimise activations.- You are collaborative, open and transparentable to navigate a cross matrix organisation.- You enjoy working with and developing people in your team.
