Job Description

Job Purpose and Summary The Customer and Channel Marketing ManagerB2B will lead the channel and customer marketing teams responsible for implementing the local B2B and Pro marketing strategies and plans by growing traditional channels and segments whilst activating new customeracquisition through a strong lead generation and digital plan.What we giveWith Canon, youll get the support and encouragement you need to grow, from people who share your ambition.   • Lead, motivate and develop the local Pro B2B marketing team to plan and deliver the Pro B2B marketing plan.
  • Achieve ITCG CUK and I objectives in line with CEL ITCG and locally defined business strategies and targets.
  • Alignment with Product Management to secure planned ranging and tactical promotions to drive target sell out
  • Work closely with Distribution and Pro Segment sales teams to ensure an aligned strategy, clear communication, and review of marketing plans.
  • Work closely with the central marketing teams to feed local insights and requirements into annual marketing strategy and planning process. Adapt and adopt central plans where relevant.
  • Manage the communication of CUK and Is CRM marketing activities to CEL/Outsource partner for delivery of local campaigns
  • Plan and track marketing expense within agreed framework. Ensure monthly spend is in line with the plan. Work with Finance to maintain an accurate marketing expense accrual for the Pro B2B area.
  • Effectively manage resources to be lean and agile
Tasks
  • Achieve ITCG UK and Ireland Pro & B2B objectives in line with central European objectives alongside locally defined business strategies and targets within this area.
  • Work closely with the central marketing teams to feed local insights and requirements into annual marketing strategy and planning process. Adapt and adopt central Pro & B2B plans where relevant.
  • Closely collaborate with UK and Ireland channel and customer segment sales teams to develop and implement marketing activities for Pro & B2B. Targeting both channel partners and end users.
  • Lead and manage third party service delivery agencies to ensure a best-in-class customer experience is achieved in a compliant and technology driven manner.
  • Manage the communication of the UK and Ireland CRM marketing activities to CEL/Outsource partner for delivery of local campaigns.
  • Manage the lead generation programme for UK and Ireland utilising CEL/Outsource partner for delivery of leads into the sales channels
  • Lead, motivate, grow and retain the Pro & B2B local marketing team
  • Manage, implement and track local Pro & B2B marketing budgets (Expense) in line with central guidelines and local P & L
  • Contribute and deliver the Pro & B2B Marketing elements of Canon UK and Ireland Mid Term Plan to ensure sustainable and profitable growth
What we askQUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree level in marketing or business related preferred
LANGUAGES
  • Business English, national language, any other language an advantage.

  • Clear track record of managing a diverse marketing team
  • Proven experience creating and managing marketing strategy and plans
  • Experience of B2B sales/marketing including building and running lead generation campaigns
  • Strong Digital marketing skills
  • Sales understanding (direct and indirect)
  • Strong commercial background with P&L responsibility
  • Ability to set clear strategic direction
  • Strong communication and presentations skills
