My client is currently recruiting for a core java developer with test automation experience on a remote working basis for an initial 9 month contract. Post covid-19 this role will be based in London or Uxbridge Essential Skills:*8+ years of combined software development, QA and test automation experience.*Expert in Core Java and Spring (5+ yrs experience), ability to build software applications and frameworks from scratch*Experience in refactoring and extending test automation/performance frameworks and suites as necessary*Experience of developing and testing SOAP and REST APIs, and understanding of SOA architecture*Exposure to SQL/PL-SQL, writing SQL queries, stored procedures*Hands on experience with a few of the following: JUnit, ScalaTest, Selenium, WebDriver, Appium, LoadRunner, TestNG, JMeter*Experience with Software Quality Assurance methodologies (Functional, Stress, Acceptance, Validation)*3+ yrs of QA/development experience with strong understanding of test automation fundamentals*3+ yrs experience building automation test suites, libraries, and test harnessesIf this role is of interest please apply with your latest cv for immediate consideration.
