Our client, a local secondary school are expanding there facilities team and as such are recruiting for an experienced Premises Assistant.The successful applicant will assist in the general upkeep of the site to include maintenance and redecoration works.The position will report into the Premises Manager and the tasks will include:Routine maintenance - External and internal decoration, basic plumbing and carpentry works, lamp changes, cleaning of gutters etcSecurity - Opening and closing of the site, secure the site windows, door, entry systemsPorterage - Moving of furniture, equipment and deliveriesLettings - To assist the Premises Manager with the set up of organised events.You will have experience within an educational site or similar and you will be expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.You will hold a driving license which allows you to drive the school mini bus (training given if required)The hours of works will be 36 hours within each week and will incorporate 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts and 6 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday.Should you be interested in this role and have the necessary skills and experience please contact Dani on
