Part of the BRITA group of companies, we are a family owned business dedicated to changing the way people consume water sustainably.We are now recruiting for a talented individual to join our Service Delivery Team, as our new Filter Monitor Representative, focusing on coordinating maintenance works within our customer service departmentAbout YouWe seek someone who is a solutions orientated, customer centric individual, with at least 2yrs experience in a Call Centre environmentReporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader, this is a busy role, requiring someone who is able to work in a fast paced team, overseeing multiple projects at any one time.You will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance visit process, from receiving customer calls for job call-out requests to job completion.This will include, taking incoming calls and liaising with customers and the relevant internal teams. Logging all job information into our bespoke database system, and completing all relevant admin documentation as required, whilst working to defined businesstargets and department KPIs.Having the confidence to communicate face to face, over the phone and over video call is essential to this role, as is the fact you are highly organised, proactive and possess a positive, "can-do" attitudeThis role will operate remotely from a home office until further notice, and will return to the office in Uxbridge as soon as possible.
