Job Description

Driver Hire Uxbridge is currently looking for a Bi-lingual Recruitment Consultant based in our Uxbridge Branch. Ideally Polish, Romanian, Hungarian or Bulgarian as the 2nd or 3rd language.Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and Driver CPC training.Previous experience in logistics or recruitment is an advantage however full training is available for the right candidate. Driver Hire Uxbridge provides excellent guidance and career support for those wishing to progress into Senior Recruiter role in the future.SALARY: £18.000+ BONUSESOverview of the role:

  • Assisting with the advertising for existing and new client requirements.
  • Registering candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Ensuring all necessary documents are copied, collated and filed for each candidate
  • General Administration - typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, post
  • Updating all relevant databases with the correct information
  • Building close relationships with clients + candidates
  • Answering incoming calls, professionally and efficiently
  • Filling client bookings and placing drivers into work on a day to day basis.
  • To be the on-call shift consultant. Taking the on-call phone at least 3 nights per week
    • Who We Are Looking For:
  • You will be bi-lingual with native or fluent English and ideally one of Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian or Hungarian.
  • Can deliver a total passion and commitment to excellence with maximum attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with team in a professional manner
  • A high level of presentation
  • High level of Customer Service
  • High level of competency with IT skills - more specifically Excel spreadsheets
  • The ability to use and show initiative when working to deadlines
