Job Description

Job Purpose and Summary Canon UK are looking for a telemarketer to deliver data enrichment and lead generation. You will work across the Production Print business, taking ownership of the telemarketing campaign as outlined by the Product Manager.This role will offer variety, focussing on a range of hardware, media and software.What we giveWith Canon, youll get the support and encouragement you need to grow, from people who share your ambition. What we ask
  • Place outgoing calls to existing and potential customers from the data provided
  • Conduct research to find additional prospects to build upon the data provided
  • Gather information by asking questions set out in the telemarketing campaign plan regarding customers print and media requirements, as well as competitor data
  • Accurately record information collected and store securely for review by the appropriate sales manager
  • Identify potential hot leads and pass directly to the relevant sales manager
