Our client is the financial services arm of a major capital equipment manufacturer, with a global, highly respected brand.They have an exciting, newly created role for a sales and customer relationship management administrator to join their marketing team.Key responsibilities include:Manage inbound enquiries; triage customer requests to generate leads and effectively handover to the sales teamMonitor sales pipeline data, helping to identify and forecast business activityMonitor and report on sales software usage and compliance with the sales referral process, helping to ensure dataquality and sales compliance.Identify opportunities from the CRM database to make marketing/sales campaign recommendationsMaintain and develop the CRM database including data checking, cleansing, archiving, and segmentationOrganise and take minutes at Sales meetings to support sales planningThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a sales administration role or similar, ideally from within a financial services or banking environment, although we will consider applications from other industry sectors.You will have experience of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk or similar, with a can-do approach and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
