Job Description

Receptionist Temporary ongoing assignment – tomorrow startPayrate: £11.28phrMonday to Friday 9am – 5pmBased in Uttoxeter.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist clients effectively.
  • Provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
