Job Description

Part qualified, Management Accountant on a temp to perm role based in Uttoxeter. This full time position, has an hourly rate between £17.00 - £19.00 per hour with the potential of hybrid working.Client DetailsMy client is a respected, co-educational private boarding and day school based in Staffordshire.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of an Management Accountantwill include, but may not be limited to;

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Work with budget holders to meet budgetary expectations
Prepare annual financial accounts, monthly and annual cash flow forecasts
Wages and Salaries processing
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Support within the external financial audit
Respond to all enquires received from parents, suppliers and staff in a timely and professional manner

ProfileThe successful candidate as an Managementmust possess the following skill set and experience.

Not for Profit and Charities or Education background desirable
AAT or Part Qualified
Proven Management Accountant or Financial Manager experience
Payroll management, including liaising with external payroll providers
Knowledge of UK tax, salary and payroll laws and regulations
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Complete a full Enhanced DBS Check.
