Job Description

Adecco are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Administrator for our industry leading client based in the Stoke on Trent area.A fantastic position has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our progressive and friendly client in the Uttoxeter area. This role is a busy but vital position within the business. The role is supporting the finance manager and finance tea, to provideefficient financial and administrative support to the Finance DepartmentSalary: £23500 pro rotaWorking hours: Permanent position, part time. Maximum 30 hours pw, (flexible working times).Key responsibilities include:

  • Process sales ledger entries
  • Create and distribute customer statements
  • Credit control
  • Set up approved new customer accounts and complete customer account reviews
  • Set up new suppliers, process supplier invoices in sage and reconcile supplier statements
  • Create and distribute supplier remittance advices
  • Daily cash flow
  • Assist in weekly/ monthly payroll
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good ability to plan and manage own workload
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • AAT or Part qualified
