A fabulous opportunity has risen with a major estate agency to work within their Land and New Homes division throughout Staffordshire.Working within the Estate Agency and alongside developers and their existing sales team, the successful applicant will be locating new land opportunities, sourcing sites and carrying out feasibility studies.Applicants should be able to give realistic advice on current market conditions and future trends, helping a Developer to identify target markets in order to maximise prices achievedYou will work alongside the Directors and have the responsibility of increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets, implementing agreed business plans and listing/selling new developments.
