Accounts Administrator Uttoxeter9-month FTC (possibility of Temp-Perm)Monday - Friday £24k - £26kOur client is an industry leading manufacturer with an outstanding reputation, whose values encapsulate positivity, success, and fantastic customer service as a collective goal. Not only this, but they also fully realise that it is the employees, happy andfulfilled employees, that are vital for a successful business.Role As the Accounts Administrator, you will be joining a super friendly and supportive Accounts Department and provide support for the operations team and main office. You will run payroll, process credit notes, statements and sales invoices as well as keep databasesand spreadsheets up to date, and document invoices.Alongside this, you will also be expected to:* Report financial discrepancies to management* Manage petty cash flow* Ensure all statements, invoices, delivery notes, standing orders, direct debits, payments etc. are inputted correctly and, for those relevant, matches across both systems* Carry out monthly payment runs* Customer remittances* Liaise with clients regarding their accounts* Other ad hoc duties as and when requiredRequirementsAs the Accounts Administrator, you will have previous experience within a similar role.You will also have:* High level of attention to detail and always ensure accuracy* Experience of using SAGE* Ability to meet deadlines and a high level of organisation* Excellent communication skillsAdditional Information* 40-hour week (8am - 5pm Mon -Thu; 8am - 4pm Fri)* 1-hour unpaid daily lunch break* Birthday holidays* 25 days holiday + bank* Immediate start available* Will encourage professional growth, including training* Cycle to work schemePlease note, Safer Hand Solutions are acting as an employment agency on behalf of a client and by applying you agree to register with us and for us to hold your details on file.
