Opportunity to play a key role coordinating the Swim School programme within a first-class facility, part of one of the leading schools in the UK.Swim School Co-ordinator Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of the swim school, crash courses, adult, private and swim fit swimming lesson/programs Be responsible for the administration processes for swimming lesson bookings Coordinate and assist with regular assessments for new swimmers Ensure the swim teachers rota is up-to-date Recruit, induct, train and assess new swimming teachersThe ideal candidate will need a swim teacher qualification, with considerable teaching experience, as well as excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products.They will also need to be highly organised and confident with the ability to enthuse and motivate customers.The working hours are 13 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
