Broster Buchanan are recruiting for a Full-Time Finance Assistant to work within Uppingham, Oakham. This role is either home or office based, 5 days a week covering 37 hours and focuses on the account processes of Purchase and General Ledger.Key duties and responsibilities* Posting of approved overhead invoices* Posting Supplier invoices* Purchase ledger maintenance for all suppliers* Responding to Purchase Ledger queries via email and over the phone.* General Ledger with Daily bank reconciliations and monitoring debtors for credit control* Contributing to month end balance sheets and weekly payments for approval* Assisting with audit processes, yes end procedures, and annual budgets* Recording and raising high volume of invoicesRequirements* Punctual and organised* Experienced in Purchase Ledger* Attention to detail* Accountancy orientated with a finance backgroundBenefits* Competitive salary * Great work-life balance* 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays* on-site parking* Flexible working
