Are you a Workday HCM consultant looking for a new challenge Do you want to deliver solutions from the ground up to UKs largest public and private organisationsOur Oracle practice team is growing, and we are looking for HCM specialists, who have a deep understanding of the various HR processes and systems involved in managing a workforce, as well as experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions.You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that are tailored to their specific requirements.What you will be doing:

• A key representative for HR Systems to the wider Implementation Team
• Support and Develop HR Domain experts to improve their understanding and capability in Oracle
• Work with HR Teams to help them streamline their Business Processes as per the industrys Best Practices
• To Mentor internal resources on Fusion HCM Modules

What you will bring:

• Consultancy and Implementation background experience including Requirement Gathering, System Configuration, Testing, Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support
• Experience in the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
• Fusion Cloud Implementation covering core HR and at least one additional HR Module (Compensation Workbench/Recruitment/Talent Management/Goals/ Payroll/Absences/Time and Labour)
• Knowledge of OUM Methodology
• Documentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate the clients requirements
• Change and Transformation experience from both user and business process perspective
