Continuing that growth journey, we are looking for experienced Senior Recruiters for our EMEA SpecialistProjects Team.Whether youve worked in an Executive Search, or youve supported the recruitment of senior and specialist roles in-house, we have unique opportunities that will match your skills and further develop your career.The RoleYoull take full end-to-end ownership of recruitment projects, providing consultancy advice to build fantastic external relationships with senior hiring managers and candidates.This means taking briefs from senior hiring managers, market mapping talent and building sourcing strategies. Youll be engaging and motivating passive candidates, screening and interviewing them all the way through to facilitating with onboarding.Experienced Recruiters thrive in the Specialist Projects Team due to the exposure to a broad range of clients and projects. Youll be given full autonomy to manage your roles. Youll be comfortable and confident building relationships with external hiring managers and senior internal stakeholders alike. Youllthrive on change and variety.Your keen eye for detail, coupled with your natural curiosity about people and their backgrounds will help you in engaging and influencing the people you find, as some of the roles we work on can be challenging.Youll also have:

• Self-motivation and the drive to take full ownership of recruitment projects
• Experience in recruiting a variety of senior and specialist roles
• The ability to build positive and proactive client and candidate relationships
• The tenacity and creativity to fill even the most specialist of roles the first time
• Ability to plan and adapt recruitment campaigns within changing business priorities
