You will be a core team member who supports the programme to understand and define how the organisation will work in the future. You will use your business change experience to help define capabilities, process, roles and responsibilities,and new organisation structures. You will work with other programmes ensuring they understand the new ways of working and their service designs are aligned accordingly. You will be a pro-active individualwho is proficient with understanding the bigger picture. You will work with another Senior Business Analyst, Subject Matter Experts from various business functions and other core programme team members and will define, plan and monitor your business analysisoutcomes in line with programme needs. You will be comfortable engaging and influencing senior leadership roles to achieve the right outcomes and will do this through effectively translating messages in a way the audience understands. You will also possessgood knowledge of a wide range of business analysis frameworks and methodologies and experience of applying them appropriately in different change contexts.
