Within every member of our team, we look for the capability to be agile and adaptable, accountable, and possess advanced communication and collaboration skills,social and emotional intelligence and transformative thinking and awareness.In addition to this, we are seeking individuals with experience gained within a Salesforce admin role as well as a track record of administering a sales cloud and service cloud organisation.Your RoleAs a Salesforce Administrator, you will focus on the delivery of optimised Salesforce services across our business, including a well-maintained Service Cloud.Administering our entire Salesforce estate, you will be involved in every aspect of the system from managing users and profiles to building custom reports and workflows.The Salesforce platform lies at the heart of our operations and enables our teams to remain connected and informed of client and colleague activity. Within your role, you will manage operational requests and reporting to ensure joined-up data can be interrogatedand cleansedAbout YouTo be considered as a Salesforce Administrator, you will need:- Demonstratable experience in a Salesforce administration position- Experience administering a Sales Cloud & Service Cloud organisation- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Design, build and deploy business information solutions.- A BSc and/or BA in Computer Science, Engineering or significant industry experienceSome experience with Pardot would be preferred but is not mandatory.
