Job Description

WHATS THE ROLE Were excited to announce the launch of our Sales and Marketing Graduate Programme for 2022 or 2023. This is a unique graduate scheme spanning 24 months with the opportunity to work nationally and internationally after this time.You will initially be working on the ground in an Account Manager role, learning the commercial aspects of our business, before progressing on to a pathway role in Sales or Marketing, either moving into team leadership (where youll become part of our EmergingLeaders programme) or developing in an expert role. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE The Sales and Marketing Programme is a two-year scheme, where youll quickly be involved in the day to day running of our business, whilst at the same time gaining exposure to senior management. It will be fast paced and testing but its designed for youto best understand how the business works, before moving into a more senior landing role.Throughout this two-year programme, you will be mentored by a member of our leadership team, who will work closely with you on your development. You will also have dedicated time with our HR and Learning and Development teams, to ensure you have a full rangeof support throughout your time on the programme and that we use your preferences and skills to help guide you to the right career path for you.Upon successful completion of the programme, you will progress into a role in either Sales or Marketing, which could see you working as a Sales Team Leader, an International Product Manager or even a Marketing Business Partner - the possibilities are endless!Last year alone, we supported almost 600 international moves worldwide, opening up international career paths for our employees.   • Youve recently graduated, or youre preparing to graduate in 2023 (ideally youll have either a Masters degree or a Bachelors plus some commercial experience gained through an industrial placement or internship)
  • We recognise Masters degrees and internships arent accessible for everyone, so if you dont have these youll need some work experience in a customer-facing role plus a 2:1 or above predicted at undergraduate level
  • Youre curious and committed, a flexible team player with good communication and social skills
  • You need to be nationally mobile as your initial Account Manager role could be based anywhere in the UK
  • Full, valid manual driving license is required.
