Sales turnover has grown rapidly year on year by over 40%, and is expected to continue. Employing over 300 people currently; we now have four sites including a master production sitein Macclesfield, and a retail experience site at the iconic Donington Race track; with an additional two sites planned in the South in the Spring of 2023 taking it to 6.Backed by one of the most successful private equity houses in Europe, this is an exciting time to join an organisation at the start of a transformational period of growth.Responsibilities as our Sales Executive will include:- Providing an exceptional customer experience through all levels of the sales process- Assisting customers both in showroom and over the telephone with their purchase- Managing and developing physical and digital sales enquiries- Maximising sales volume and profitability, while delivering desirable customer outcomes- Increasing the sale of additional products such as extended warranty and other upgrades- Assisting management in maintaining and developing showroom standards and procedures- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory familyWhat were looking for in our Sales Executive:- Experience of working in a busy sales environment, ideally within the motor industry- The ability to relate to people at all levels, build rapport and grow customer relationships- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service- Drive and ambition to achieve your goals and the goals of the business- Strong work ethic and a great team player- Motorcycle knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
