Job Description

Property Project Manager £40k - £50k + Competitive BenefitsLeeds / Remote WorkingFirst Bus are looking for a Property Project Manager to be a key player in the First Bus decarbonisation programme!As one of our Property Project Managers, you will be responsible for managing a breadth of ~£10m projects, to support our strategy to operate 100% zero emissions depots and fleet by 2035.Our portfolio spans from Cornwall right through to Scotland, with projects ranging from minor local works to strategic change programmes. Each project presents varying challenges, risks, priorities, and dependencies, so you will have experience of managingand delivering (from inception to completion) projects of various size, value, and complication.You will have a significant interest in property and decarbonisation, relishing the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where technical solutions evolve and our property portfolio may change. We are specifically looking for someone proactivewith an optimistic demeanour, who relishes change and can overcome challenges with positive enthusiasm.What are we looking for

  • You will have proven project manager experience and have ideally worked in both corporate and operational environments, with a passion for decarbonisation and property/construction
  • We are a large organisation, so experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders within challenging operational environments is a must
  • Youll be a great communicator, able to rapidly develop relationships and influence colleagues and external partners, whilst working collaboratively
  • Able to confidently work in a fast-paced project environment, relishing the opportunity to take responsibility, resolve issues and see projects through to the end
  • Demonstrates drive, ambition, and enthusiasm together with a clear sense of ownership
