Along the way, youll continue to be doing what you do best: helping businessesto work better and smarter by giving them the talent to deliver results.Day-to-day, you will be working with learners on a remote basis, supporting them through their apprenticeship standard in Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5.What will you be doing

  • Follow up on coaching and learning delivered by HR Coach
  • Conduct regular progression reviews with learners, setting SMART targets and providing additional learner support as required
  • Undertake submission and marking of learner assignments and projects
  • Set targets for future activities, linking on and off the job activities to demonstrate competence and learnings and overall progression during the programme.
  • Ensure each learner is ready for end point assessment and experienced in EPA assessment practices
What will you bring to the role
  • Recognised qualifications in HR (CIPD or equivalent) at Level 5
  • Experience of working within HR and/or L&D
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
  • Experience of working autonomously
  • Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Human Resources
