WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE Your first role of the programme will be the role of a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will process calls from internal and external customers in an efficient and professional manner; youll be dealing with our existing corporate customersto help them with orders, as well as proactively contacting customers, using a suggestive selling approach, to offer solutions to their problems and in order to meet their business needs.This initial landing role in customer services will arm you with the knowledge of our customers, our extensive product range and the services we offer, as well as getting to know the organisation and our ways of working - its a great platform on which to buildyour career at Hilti.Channel Sales encompasses our Customer Service department, our internal sales team, as well as our retail network of 8 Hilti Stores across the UK, and next steps in this programme could be varied within these areas, for example Customer Services: AssistantTeam Leader / Trainer; Internal Sales: Account Manager / Team Leader or Hilti Store Regional Support / Team Leader."I started my career with Hilti in the Customer Services function some 21 years ago and it has been an excellent foundation to a varied and international career with the Group!
