Huntswood is looking for experienced water complaint handlers to join an exciting new project, working from home on a project until the end of September 2022 initially.The role will be supporting a major water company with a wide range of wholesale customer metering queries and service-related complaints.Complaints will require investigation, contact with the customer to understand the concerns and written or verbal resolution.Recent experience of working for a water company is essential.
