We are looking for innovative, approachable Sortation Hub Operative End Point Assessors to join our inclusive, supportive team and deliver exceptional experiences for our learners and employer partners. We’re trusted by employers and their training organisations across the country to evaluate Apprentice competence.As one of our End Point Assessors, you’ll deliver consistent, professional assessments that take learners through end point assessments towards the completion of their apprenticeships. Making decisions for apprenticeship standards and overall grades, you’ll use your expertise to makefair and independent assessment judgments against the standard’s grading criteria. You’ll also carry out administration and keep your sector knowledge up to date.With a great work/life balance, and with the support of our expert and friendly team, you’ll have the chance to not only help people improve their prospects, but to help our business achieve its ambitions.As an EPA your role will be varied and flexible and will include working from home and visits out in the field within the sector you specialise in.Who you are:You have a wealth of professional experience in sortation hubs, having worked as minimum of 2 years in the sector. Able to interact with a wide range of learners, you’re empathetic yet effective in your tasks and a keen communicator, whether that’s writtenor verbal. You’ll be confident working autonomously but also a keen team player. Your time management and administration skills will be second to none.What you’ll need:As well as a proven passion for and hands-on experience within sortation hubs and industry qualifications at level 3.
