Job Description Location: UK FlexibleHours: Full TimeRole type: PermanentIntroduction PeopleScout is the worlds largest RPO provider (by hires) and in the UK were responsible for hiring around 6,000 people each year across a variety of global brands. In this role, youll find yourself at the heart of the action, working with some of themost well-known brands around.The RoleAs a Data & Reporting Analyst youll oversee reporting related to our business activity. Using data from tools such as JIRA, Applicant Tracking Systems and other internal/3rd party software, youll produce, update and maintain reports that are vital to ourdecision-making process.Collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders, youll gain exposure to a wide range of PeopleScouts EMEA & US clients. Whilst some of your work may be solely for internal purposes, other reports will be produced for our clients - either scheduledregularly, or on an ad hoc basis.Treating each new request as unique, youll listen to the needs of your stakeholder, and deliver a report that meets their requirements, extracting and manipulating the data and presenting it in a digestible format.As you develop in this role, well look to you to provide insight, guidance and recommendations to our Operations teams.
