We take our guests on fantastic holidays, tailored to their individual requirements, and this is supported by our 330 strong contactcentre staff - and we need new Contact Centre Agents to help us!Our contact centre is busy, fast paced, and everyone works towards the same goal - creating unforgettable holiday happiness! Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and each and every one of us wants guests to have the best holiday possible - thatswhere you come in!The RoleHoliday bookings are up, the ships are back to service, and that means we need to grow our vibrant contact centre to keep up with demand! We have various roles within the department, all crucial roles in the customer journey, each forming part of the jigsawthat completes the guests holiday.If you have a real passion for customer service, a flair for sales, love to build a rapport with your guest and ensure that the holiday they book ticks all the boxes, then you could be a great fit for Personal Cruise Advisor! This will see you being the first point of contact for guests who call in, from booking the cruise of a lifetime, to adding on any extras, you will be leaving that lasting impression, and make people want to book againand again.Our Partnership Helpdesk Advisors provide support to travel agents, ensuring that the guests they are dealing with receive the high level of service they can expect from us, as you focus on providing expert sales and system support. Youwill resolve a range of queries such as product based, process and sales, and build excellent relationships with our travel agent partners.Do you love to turn a negative into a positive or just help with customer queries If so, you may prefer to join us as a Guest Support Representative - providing an integral service to our guests, delivering excellent service via email and post. This role covers the full guest journey from pre booking, pre cruise, cruise and post cruise. If you choose a hybrid approach, you will be based both remotely and in our waterfront office in the heart of Southampton, a 5 minute walk to the shops, and close tothe train station. Everyone has the flexibility that comes with home working, and you will be sent all equipment and all training will be delivered virtually.Our contact centre is currently open between 8:30 - 18:00, and shifts are 7.5 hours between the hours of 8:30 - 18:00, Monday to Saturday, and you will receive a day off during the week if you work a Saturday (you will be required to work every other Saturday).Full flexibility is required as opening days and hours are subject to change.
