We have various roles within the department, all crucial roles in the customer journey, each forming part of the jigsawthat completes the guests holiday.If you have a real passion for customer service, a flair for sales, love to build a rapport with your guest and ensure that the holiday they book ticks all the boxes, then you could be a great fit for Personal Cruise Advisor! This will see you being the first point of contact for guests who call in, from booking the cruise of a lifetime, to adding on any extras, you will be leaving that lasting impression, and make people want to book againand again.Our Partnership Helpdesk Advisors provide support to travel agents, ensuring that the guests they are dealing with receive the high level of service they can expect from us, as you focus on providing expert sales and system support. Youwill resolve a range of queries such as product based, process and sales, and build excellent relationships with our travel agent partners.Do you love to turn a negative into a positive or just help with customer queries If so, you may prefer to join us as a Guest Support Representative - providing an integral service to our guests, delivering excellent service via email and post. This role covers the full guest journey from pre booking, pre cruise, cruise and post cruise.
