Are you a Consulting Manager with business change experienceOur Aerospace, Defence & Security Consulting practice is growing rapidly! We currently provide Business & Transformation consulting services, in addition to Data-Driven Transformation and Technology Consulting services directly to ADS clients and in supportof wider Sopra Steria business. We have an excellent track record in helping our clients exploit technology and we are excited by the possibilities to develop this further. As a result, we wish to widen the scope of our Business consulting services.Youll be experienced in delivering business transformation and complex delivery, working with C-Level client stakeholders and able to provide strategy and transformation consultancy to our clients. You will be an experienced practitioner in one or moreof the following business transformation competencies: Business Change, Business Process Design, Reengineering or Continual Improvement (EG: LEAN, Six Sigma) or Operating Model Design.The ability to influence and shape programmes of work to ensure successful delivery will be second nature. Youll already be experienced in identifying and mitigating common pitfalls in complex delivery and be able to work in multi-disciplinary teams withincomplex stakeholder environments, shaping clients thinking.While the main focus for the role will be working with clients, you will use your knowledge of Sopra Sterias capabilities and aspirations to identify and support development of new consulting opportunities. • Delivering business transformation consulting within our Aerospace, Defence and Security clients.
• Strong knowledge of the current issues within the market including digital transformation, operational improvement, and technology-enabled complex delivery.
• Youll contribute towards shaping, building and the delivery of successful outcomes for our clients whilst providing high-value, sustainable business for Sopra Steria.
• Youll successfully lead and run a work-stream, medium scale project or proposal in line with the agreed scope, timeframe and budget to achieve revenue targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Youll identify, nurture and develop client relationships and proactively look to secure follow on work with clients to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and additional revenue.
• Engaging with a wide set of stakeholders from CxO level into the organisation.
• Your innovative thinking will drive the development and contribution of our consulting capability.
• As a trusted Consulting Manager, you will be viewed as a prominent member of the Sopra Steria consulting brand, both by clients and more widely through networks, events and social media.

What youll bring:

• Experience of working in a recognised consulting business, supporting the secure government, defence or aerospace markets.
• Have personal areas of expertise in Business Consulting within a Digital / IT transformation environment
• You will be an experienced practitioner in one or more of the following business transformation competencies: Business Process Design, Reengineering or Continual
• Improvement (EG: LEAN, Six Sigma) or Operating Model Design.
• Experience of delivering presentations of business and technical solutions to senior client executives in formal presentations, question and answer sessions and on reference visits.

Travel will be required - The majority of our clients are currently South/South West based, however as we are a growing business the location distribution may change.Clearance level: - YOU WILL NEED A LIVE SC CLEARANCE OR ABOVE WITH A SINGLE UK PASSPORTRecruiter: Emma Salary: £70 - £90,000 depending on experience and training required.Benefits: 10% Bonus, £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.Although this role is advertised as full-time, we support different ways of working and can offer a range of flexible working arrangements.
